Who am I?
My name is Ingimar Jónsson and I am 27 years old with an M.Sc. in Molecular Medicine and I train online full time!
I help individuals and companies live healthier lives and get into ELITE shape.
The training is suitable for both elite athletes and individuals who want to get into their best shape.
I myself am a three-time Icelandic CrossFit champion and enjoy taking on challenging tasks!
