By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide:

  • Online coaching (CrossFit / Elite Training)
  • Nutritional coaching
  • Training programs and digital content

All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are physically and mentally able to participate in training

3. Health Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

  • Participation in training carries risk of injury
  • You are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional before starting

We are not responsible for:

  • Injuries
  • Health complications
  • Misuse of programs

4. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee specific results.

Results depend on:

  • Effort
  • Consistency
  • Nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle

5. Payments

  • All prices are listed in Isk / Nok / USD
  • Payments must be made in full or via agreed payment plan
  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access

6. Subscription & Minimum Commitment

Certain services are offered as subscriptions.

By purchasing, you agree to:

  • A minimum 3-month commitment
  • Completion of at least 3 billing cycles

After the initial period:

  • Subscription renews automatically
  • You may cancel before the next billing date

No early cancellations during the commitment period.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

  • No refunds will be issued after purchase
  • No refunds for unused time or services
  • No refunds after access to programs has been granted

Exceptions apply only in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors

8. Coaching Services

  • Coaching is delivered based on your selected plan
  • You are responsible for communication and adherence
  • Lack of participation does not entitle you to refunds

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or adjust programming
  • Terminate service if terms are violated

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided (programs, plans, videos, materials) is owned by Ingimar Jonsson EHF.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Share
  • Resell
  • Distribute

Without written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Abuse the service
  • Share login details
  • Use content for commercial purposes

Violation may result in termination without refund.

11. Before & After Content

We may only use your:

  • Photos
  • Testimonials

For marketing purposes with your explicit consent.

You may withdraw consent at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for:

  • Injuries
  • Losses
  • Damages resulting from use of our services

Your use of our services is at your own risk.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Payments are not completed

No refunds will be issued.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
